Job Descriptions

• Maintaining records of all General Affairs-related documents (invoices, receipts, and other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance Officer
• Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
• Maintenance asset office
• Record keeping of General Affairs’s assets (e.g workstation labels, desktops/laptops, labels, etc.)
• Maintaining a proper filing system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel / Sheets, Powerpoint / Slides, and Word / Docs
• High attention to detail
• Good English & Mandarin communication oral and written is a MUST
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
