Responsible to support the Leisure team with the reservation data entry into the system and provide necessary information for Operations, Accounting, Product, Customer Services and Reservations system administrator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry to system
- Collecting necessary information from external company
- Reconfirmation of information provide by leisure and customer services
- B2B online reservations
- In charge for monitoring and distributing emails
