REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or related field.
• Experience in operating Accounting software, Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel), and Accurate.
• High degree of numeracy, attention to detail, and having the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent analytical, planning skills, knowledgeable of basic budgeting, and knowledgeable of PPh 21, PPh 23, and Tax Certified (preferred).
• Hard worker, honest, and can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly consolidation of Financial report in order to prepare a monthly Management report, Financial summary, and Financial highlight.
• Responsible for other accounting tasks assigned from time to time.
• Journalize and be responsible for the fairness of all reported accounts.
• Input all transaction in Accurate and Bank reconciliation.
• Monitor and report on accounting.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• General accounting and bookkeeping.
• Correspond with staff and external parties for payment or finance matters.
• Assist in budget and ad-hoc project reporting.
• Manage administration documents for finance and project matters.
