HR Manager's responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including budgeting, administration, compensation & benefits (payroll), recruitment, development (training, organisational development and other HR functions).
• Managing office & Sales Associate employees
• Recruitment: fulfillment of MPP
• Administration: day to day operations to support retail & office team
• Compensation Benefit: Payroll, BPJS and Bonus calculation
• Development: Training, HR Report & Metrics, Etc
• Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness.
• Working as Business Partner to support sales and business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor degree, preferably in HRM, Psychology or Legal background
• 3 years of experience as HR Manager position
• 7 years of experience in full spectrum of HR, preferably with retail experience
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Internet skills are mandatory
• Project/Team Leading Management skills
• Excellent people skills
