Job Descriptions:

• Lead the social media team.
• Identify new opportunities and manage existing digital monetization strategy and content calendar.
• Develop and distribute socially optimized content for news portal to support their traffic.
• Oversee social media analytics and regular reporting across current programming and monetization efforts.
• Track and report out various social media insights to empower team in creating new creative.
• Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years in digital content or social media experience.
• Experience at a digital platform, production company or agency.
• Experienced in technology hospitality industry will be advantage.
• Strong team leader and experience directly managing and growing a team.
• Experience with web traffic metrics.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Experience with photo editing software, basic graphic design, and/or video editing software.
• Excellent communication skills to internal and external partners.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and stays on top of deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skill.
• Self-motivated and proactive and team player.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
