• Be responsible for the recording and shooting of new media short videos
• Be responsible for controlling the quality of short video shooting on the spot
• Be responsible for optimizing and enriching short video shooting forms with the team.
• Be able to independently handle the scene, lighting and auxiliary equipment related to shooting .
• Have ideas and enthusiasm for shooting creative plannin, can complete shooting independently

Job Requirments

• Excellent communication skills, can work in both English and Bahasa
• Having minimum 1(one) year experience as content creator, host, video creator, or creative team
• Treat video project seriously and responsibly, able to finish them within the arranged time table, with strong communication skill, anti-stress ability and strong team awareness
• Master profesional shooting, psot-editing, PS/AI, short video operation and other skills
• understanding digital trends, esspecially in social media matters, like tiktok and reels.
• Familiar with features at Tiktok Shop (upload products, promotions, and other features)
• it has extensive knowledge of influencers and paid promotional accounts and other marketing tools that are trending/viral on social media.
