Job Description :

• Responsible for export and import activities, both in the form of documents and in accordance with customs regulations
• Prepare all documents needed in export-import activities (Invoice/Packing List, Fumigation, SKA Form, and etc.)
• Manage export-import activities and ensure data is in accordance with shipping documents, PIB and PEB
• Able to coordinate with shipping line, forwarding & EMKL in managing export-import activities
• Able to prepare and organize export-import activities to get the best offers and shipping costs

Job Qualification :

• Minimum 3 years of export-import experience in a manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of processes and procedures for import-export activities
• Good Understanding the ERP system of manufacturing companies
• Proficient using MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Good in English, both written and spoken (at least passive)
• Honest, Discipline, Mature, Details, Commit, Self-Motivated, Independent, Hard Working
• Able to meet Deadline and can work as Individually as well as Team
