Organization Development & Assessment Analyst

Job Description

• Monitor headcount and analyze organization structure effectiveness,
• Handle job management (job analysis, job description, job evaluation and job grading).
• Handle employee assessment for promotion, potential mapping & recruitment.
• Create and adjust new or existing policy related with Organization Development.
• Conduct improvement in OD and assessment area.

Job Requirements :

• Candidates must posses certificate of psychologist majoring in Industry and organization / S2 Profession Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in OD and assessment.
• Maximum 30 years old.
• Have a good understanding about Organization Development and assessment.
• Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills.
• Able to use Microsoft tools,
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Jakarta.
