Lowongan Associate Trainer di PT Mattel Indonesia

1. Collect and analyze people development needs related to manufacturing skill training
2. Conduct train-the-trainer to the SWAT team (trainers) to ensure rapid knowledge absorption and skill enhancement for the new operators; and to enrich the operators skills through cross-training programs.
3. Facilitate people development programs by creating training calendar, sourcing learning facilitators, and formulating learning materials based on training needs.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare, execute, and evaluate the people development programs, to ensure that the development programs achieve the goals and align with Mattel goals.
5. Supervise the Grade Progression program by conducting regular review in procedure; and ensuring the schedule adherence of Grade Progression evaluations and matrix reviews.
6. Create, record, and review Modular Training materials to align with the current business condition and processes.
7. Supervise the Library operations by conducting book and article record and maintenance; updating book and article collections; and maintaining good safety and housekeeping of the Library.

Position Requirement :

1. Graduated from reputable university of graduate program from any discipline, preferably from Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or Engineering.
2. Minimal 1 year working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Technical Competencies:

• Able to communicate in English in professional setting
• Have an excellent Communication skill
• Strong leadership skill
• Have sense of business acumen
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka - Cikarang
