Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Infrastructure Services, IT Operations Services and IT Security Operations.
• Support Head Office and Branches Office, IT System, Network and Security infrastructure
• Create, maintain, update and control Development and Production server in Data center including hw/sw patches.
• Maintain and monitoring Production and Operation of System, Network Up time, ISP services, Security, and Common IT Infrastructure area.
• Implementing, Securing and Administering Corporate Network, Remote Trading and Online Trading network and Institutional Regional network.
• Participate in DRP practice and other Business Project relevant to IT Infrastructure. Operation team, Control Operation including requirement for Regulator events.
• Provide expertise on both infrastructure and network solutioning aligning to company business objectives
• Maintain all devices and network ensuring availability of services at all times and improving business resiliency

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in IT, Computer or Electronics Engineering.
• Min. 3 years experience working in IT Infrastructure.
• Strong System knowledge and hands on experience in Windows, Active Directory, VPN, Linux Redhat, Servers, Storage (HP, IBM), Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, Hyper-Converged Nutanix, Storage solution.
• Strong Network and Security knowledge with hands on experience in Network and Security Infrastructure, TCP/IP concept, VLAN, routing, switching, bridging concept (Cisco, Fortigate, Juniper, F5), Symantec, Trend Micro Deep Sec, Security Tool (SIEM/PAM).
• Good character, initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new technology.
• Good verbal, written communication and reporting in English.
