Lowongan Head of Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness di PT Container Maritime Activities

JOB SUMMARY 

1. Assist Customer Care Senior Manager in managing and coordinating all CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness activities for all brand to ensure the level of service meet customer expectations in compliance with Group and or Agency interest. 
2. Responsible for leading Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness team to follow the Group and or Agency work standard procedure to give positive performance.  
3. Responsible for KPI of CMA CGM Indonesia relate to Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness to be in positive result. 
4. Coordinate with Sales, Booking, other department and or ARO/HO to define the Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness strategy to deliver the useful information and/or good analysis in following up booking/cargo realization. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Assist the Customer Care manager to lead and manage CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness activities for all brands and target the KPIs show positive result. Together with direct manager and Business Process and Quality Manager to analyze and take actions to improve some KPI which is not in line with Group and/or Agency target 
2. Ensure the implementation of Group and/or Agency processes and procedures in CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness team under related scope. This includes to do some internal audit in monthly basis.  
3. Find and identify any difficulties, problems, issues and mistakes in CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness Team and ensure efficient and effective decision/resolution mechanism is in place after analyse root as per Group and/or Agency applicable procedures. Communicate the solved difficulties/ problems/issues/cases/mistakes and/or escalate it with the Customer Care Senior Manager for further action plan/decision. 
4. Review and analyze for possible improvement process together with Customer Care Senior Manager and other Head of Team in order to meet and to comply with Group objectives 
5. Coordinate with HO, ARO, BPM, Service Delivery, Sales and other related departments for smooth operations/process in CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness team upon the Customer Care Senior Managers approval or acknowledgement 
6. Correspond and communicate on CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness performance with customer and principal as well, with the Customer Care Senior Managers approval or acknowledgement 
7. Report the CC Indonesia Cargo Control & Cargo Readiness performance by providing and analyzing weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI to Customer Care Senior Manager and Agency Business Process and Quality Manager.  
8. Together with Customer Care Senior Manager work to support Group and/or Agency projects implementation and new tool deployment. 
9. Arrange and attend regular team meeting and other meetings as per Customer Care Senior Manager or (internal/external) team requirements 
10. Participate in internal training as per group and or agency instruction/ required 
11. Comply with Principals policy 
12. Do any other assignments as assigned by direct superior 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS 

Minimum Level of Qualification: 

1. Min. 2 3 years working experience at international shipping and have knowledge about cargo traffic 
2. Bachelor Degree in Sea Transportation Management preferably familiar in handling cargo shipment 

Professional Skills: 

1. Good English in communication and correspondence  
2. Knowledge of cargo traffic 
3. Trade rules and regulation 
4. Proficient in system and computer literacy
