Responsibilities :

• Prepare attendance record and report properly
• Responsible for facilitating the entire recruitment process
• Register new and re-join employees to BPJS ketenagakerjaan and BPJS kesehatan
• Responsible for ensuring that trainings happen as per schedule.
• Apply working permit for foreign workers, from RPTKA up to KITAS/ITAS
• Understand how to make a contract, letter for employee end contract and termination

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology,HR Management, and any related field or have experience in HR
• Minimum has one year of working experience in related field
• Familiar with full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, Jamsostek, manpower regulations, etc)
• Good command in written and verbal English
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organized with an eye for details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude
