Lowongan General Affairs Officer - East Kalimantan di PT Carsurin

We are looking for potential candidates to join us for a position as General Affairs Officer to be placed in our branches in East Kalimantan. As a General Affairs Officer, you will be able to maximize your self in monitoring of all procuring office facilities and company assets in each branch. You will also support of all operational activities and make sure all the process is running well.

What You'll Contribute :

• Prepare all the documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the smooth operation of the company.
• Making stock reports and inventory of goods to be reported to Branch Coordinator and Head Office.
• Ensure proper periodic reporting on General Affairs activities.
• Planning, implementing and evaluating the procurement of branch assets and/or facilities.
• Supporting all operational activities (Purchasing & Logistic, Building Management, Accommodation, and Reporting).

What You'll Need :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in General Affairs or similar position is required for this position,
• Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces and Administration.
• Good interpersonal, communication skill and fast-learner.
• Able to work independently and in a team, resilient, focus and detail-oriented.
• Work location : Samarinda / Tanah Merah, East Kalimantan.
