Summary/Objectives:

Directs and coordinates activities of Company in respective Area in Sales and Marketing Department to achieve the Sales target and maintain the business of Terumo under supervision of Regional Sales Manager.

Roles and Responsibility:

1.    Managing Company business in the responsible area ;

a)    Supervise sales team

b)    Business coordination with branch distributor

c)    To do Market intelligence

d)    Create business for all Terumo product

e)    To Build relationship with internal and external stakeholder 

2.    Responsible to achieve a high level of product sales performance in a compliant way.

3.    To implement company marketing strategy for Terumo business growth

4.    Have a good product knowledge

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree of Marketing from reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years experienced in the same position.
3. Good Leadership skill.
4. Good customer relation building capability.
5. Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Ability to coach and motivate sub-ordinates or team
7. Fluent in English, both in written and oral
