Lowongan EXIM (Export Import Admin) di PT Autoaccindo Jaya

Job Description :

• Responsible for the movement of goods from and to another country, ensuring transit and delivery is made on time
• Have a knowledge about the procedure, regulation and all supporting documents of export import (PIB, PEB, BL, Invoice, COD, etc)
• Responsible for Exim report
• Follow up and make sure each shipment is reach to client without any issue in customs
• Have the ability to check PEB and COO process
• Responsibe for arranging and completing all associated paperwork
• Track shipments and communicate with related departments or clients about the package's progress
• Coordinate shipping with customs for clearance on overseas deliveries
• Responsible for costing jobs and ensuring minimum cost throughout the process
• Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur

Job Requirements:

• Having a Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable university
• Good in Ms. Office (minimum Ms. Word and Excel)
• Attention to detail and hardworking
• Have used SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• At least 2 years experience in the same position
