Lowongan Sales Planning & Supply Chain General Manager di PT Hyundai Construction Equipment Asia

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monthly sales performance analysis and develop sales strategy
2. Prepare short term and long-term strategy for the company
3. Monitor sales plan (Sales pipeline) which has been made from Sales team and place order to HQ based on Market condition
4. Detail sales targets and follow-up on monthly achievements
5. Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets
6. Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
7. Ensures follow-through on delivery and other terms of execution, as needed, acting as the main supplier contact.
8. Ensures that imported goods are not delayed at customs, and that import duties and taxes are minimized.
9. Ensures that transport costs - for purchased goods and materials, as well as inventory items held in the WAREHOUSE that should be brought to SITE or SELLING LOCATION are controlled and minimized, deciding between using company resources and outsourcing for each delivery.
10. Report directly to CEO

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

1. 20+ years experience in sales management, with at least 15 years in a leadership role from heavy equipment company
2. Proven success developing and executing sales plans
3. Able to analyze and coordinate forecast that submitted by the sales team
4. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating data and trends
5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
6. Strong understanding of best practices for the Supply Chain process
7. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in - reading- the market
8. Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
9. Strong leadership capabilities
10. Excellent communication in English both written and spoken, Korean is advantage.
