Job Roles:

As a HR Manager , to provide support in the areas of HR policy implementation, payroll,report, recruiting and attracting the right talent and administrative paperwork for all the employees, and contribute to maintain employees’ well-being as well as a motivating work environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide HR advisory and support in all aspects of the assigned business functions, including performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, manpower planning and training.
• Oversee and support monthly reporting, keep management updated about latest reports.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Experiences in payroll /HRIS , PPH 21
• Managing and supporting manpower recruitment, interview, and headhunting across the company.
• Responsible for annual budgeting, forecast for staff cost and headcount, and monthly KPI
• Responsible for providing Country General Manager with professional administrative support, which requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of the organization's policies and practices in his/her efforts to reach his/her targets and deliver on his/her country strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, Economy, Psychology, and/or English Language
• At least 5 years working experience as HR Manager
• Familiar in recruiting process and job posting in Linkedin/ social media / employee data base
• High level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic
• Familiar with HRIS
• Advance in powerpoint, excel
• Fluent in English both spoken or written
