Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, training & development, training & development, performance & talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, legal & compliance as well;
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, functions, and procedures across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources management, or law;
  • A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience is preferred;
  • Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) from BNSP highly desired;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese & English;
  • Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
