Everbest is seeking a CRM Lead to drive the strategy and execution of programs to increase the lifetime value of customers at Everbest. The right candidate is a hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record of growing our customer retention at a retail business, preferably in fashion. This is a high exposure, high impact role that will shape the company’s customer relationship management and marketing efforts driving a consistent strategy and approach. We'd love to hear from you in you are whip-smart, extremely detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a laser-beam focus on process and a passion for fashion! You must also be hands-on, with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves in day-to-day execution with your fellow team-mates.  

Your day-to-day:

• Increase Customer Lifetime Value – We want customers to be part of our Everbest journey!
• Create, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including event, system, crafting content, etc
• Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM tool through automating tasks & flows.
• Interact with consumers in social media channels using social media management software and related tools
• Work with other teams to identify and execute on opportunities for community growth and integration of community marketing programs into overall Brand and Digital Marketing initiatives.
• Generate new ideas and drive optimization & effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Create creative copies for campaign communication and ensure the key message is well delivered
• Execute events to build community and boost awareness
• Define a roadmap to deliver meaningful customer engagement activities
• Develop and execute email, push and cross-channel marketing strategies in promotional, transactional and targeted trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle for acquisition, retention, loyalty
• Stay current on trends and best practices in all things customer-delighting activities

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Ability to manage multiple channels and teams
• 4-5+ years running and executing enterprise level communication plans across multiple marketing verticals
• Experience running successful social campaigns
• Creative enough to create Member Activity for offline and online
• Strong analytical background. "Gut" analytics are nice, data-driven results are even better! UTMs and tracking parameters are your second language
• Strong management experience. How do you motivate team members?
• Strong track record of creating and monitoring customer lifecycle campaigns
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in content, development, coding and tracking challenges in email, push, social, and other marketing channels
• Intermediate to advance English communication skills
