Lowongan Head of Sales di PT Samyang Foods Indonesia

Responsibilities :

1. Handle Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT)
2. Responsible in sales achievement through distribution and route to market implementation
3. Manage financial aspect in commercial division such as sales revenue, sales return, promotion spending, department expenses, and capital expenditure
4. Lead all strategic process from planning, implementation to evaluation process in Sales & Marketing Department
5. Set up Sales & Marketing Organization Structure and responsible in people development of Sales & Marketing Department
6. Responsible of budgeting in sales area
7. Lead business relation with all customer, especially in Key Customer, from distributors, modern, and on premise account to people and event agency

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree/Magister's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Have +10 years of experience in sales field
3. Have connection with distributors
4. Have thorough knowledge and best practices for sales department
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
6. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Have F&B or FMCG industry background is preferred
