Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of food preparation daily for the restaurant
• Lead and manage the culinary team
• Ensure kitchen is clean and orderly at all times with a maintenance schedule
• Maintain adequate pantry inventory
• Prepare shopping lists and track expenses
• Reduce wastage, including electricity, water and other resources
• Support media activities like interviews, food tasting, etc

Requirements

• Up-to-date with latest culinary food trends
• Ability to work creatively within dietary requirements
• Solid communication skill
• Knowledge in menu planning and food costing
• Deliver under pressure
• Valid driving licence
• Willing to work on weekends
