We are looking for Legal Assistant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing complex agreement (including but not limited to partnership agreement, vendor agreement, sales and service agreement, non-disclosure agreement) to ensure that all of the commercial agreements entered by Fuse Group’s are legally secure and enforceable.
• Do legal presentation when need both for Internal and External
• Managing and maintaining constitutional documents of Indonesian legal entities.
• Handling communication with internal and external p
• rtiesDrafting and reviewing other legal document i.e. Warning Letter.
• Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations in relation to operational, regulatory and compliance matters in Indonesia.
• Handling legal reporting, included OSS reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 5-7 years as legal staff or paralegal in well established company or start-up company is preferred. .
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Always up to date regarding Law Regulation.
• Had experience with handling report OJK reporting and OSS reporting.
• Experience with handling Trademark for company.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
• Ability to work on a broad subject of legal matters and adjust to an innovative and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional working attitude like fast respond and fast working pace while maintaining the quality of working result, having ability to plan, organize and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
