Requirements :

D3/S1 Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Teknik Refrigerasi & Tata Udara)
Min. 2 year experience in HVAC & MEP Project would be an advantage
Target oriented
Good communication, public relations skills, and team player
Energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
Good command in English is an advantage
Location Jakarta
To be placed in all areas of the company

Job Descriptions:

Understanding about materials of HVAC system
Following the tender progress from Aanwijzing, until clarification, negotiating and project handover
Figuring out the shop drawing, technical specifications, and bill of quantity for tender necessary
Arrange budgeting, bill of quantity, analyzing unit price depend on tender’s drawing and other documents
Budgeting
Coordinate with the vendors
And other jobs directed by management
