Job Requirements:

• Candidate maximum 37 years old
• Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum has 2+ years of expertise as a Project Manager (Call Center/CRM/Network/Software)
• Active in English both verbally and in writing
• Able to manage project resources to achieve project targets (human source, budget, time, and project materials)
• Active, fast learning and have skill to leads team
• Have a good communication skills
• Self starter with excellent time management

Job Descriptions:

• Develop project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Establish strong professional relationships with internal and external related to project implementation
• Provide direction and support to team members
• Identify and assess project risks.
• Monitor and control risks throughout the project.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise
• Track project progress and milestones.
• Adjust schedules as necessary to stay on track.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback
• Maintain accurate project records.
• Generate regular reports on project status and performance.
• Complete project activities and deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
• Ensure client or customer satisfaction by meeting project objectives
