Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Follow through with Company Training and protocols in the club
• Oversee and managing staff to reach and achieve goals
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Must be able to run a club effectively following the Curves way
• Mastery of daily reports, club paperwork etc
• Make sure Club is on track for achieving Shining Star
• Organized daily and weekly meetings
• Work out and has the team work out
• Regularly attends trainings at HO

Requirements and skills

• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Experience in the hospitality, retail, or spa-related industries or similar role for minimum 3 - 5 years.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Interpersonal skill and Leadership ability
• Outstanding customer service
• Energetic and optimistic person who is a natural people person
• Willing to travel for business trip
