Lowongan Support Engineer (Contract Basis) di PT Solenis Technologies Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Support sales team to service existing accounts and projects
• Keeps Manager/Leader informed by submitting activity and support for technical reports
• Support to handle customer complaints by identifying problems; discussing the solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations
• Develop technical knowledge
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Chemical, Pulp & Paper, or has knowledge in chemical or pulp & paper industries
• Having working experience in the related field/industry
• Good communication in English both verbal and written
• Proficient in computer skills with Microsoft offices
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, problem-solving, initiative
