• Develop and implement a strategy to identify, evaluate, pursue and close new business opportunities with potential partners.
• Research and analyse potential partnerships using data-driven methods, developing a deep understanding of the target market and customer needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned partnership opportunities, managing communication and expectations throughout the process
• Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, ensuring that all legal and financial terms are favourable to the company
• Manage and grow existing partnerships, developing creative ways to increase value for both parties
• Act as a liaison between the company and partner organisations, coordinating efforts to achieve goals and deliverables
• Stay abreast of industry trends and news, sharing insights with internal stakeholders as appropriate
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in potential and current partner organisations.
• Attend relevant conferences and networking events to generate new leads and maintain relationships
• Produce detailed reports documenting all aspects of the partnership development process.
• Manage budget for all partnership initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in partnerships, business development or sales at least 3+ years
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful partnerships
• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) and proven experience in manage training or learning development programs
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, planning, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Willing WFO at Puri, West Jakarta or Pluit, North Jakarta
