PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidate for Wedding & Event Sales Manager for one of our business units – Lv8 Resort & Hotel located in Bali with the details:

Requirements:

• Bachelors in any major related to the Sales and Marketing
• At least 2 – 3 years previous Hotel Sales Executive / Manager-Wedding & Event
• Events experiences required at 4-5 stars hotels
• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal and good presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales and hospitality profession
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Hotel system
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary for the success of the event
• Must be able to travel for sales calls or exhibitions
• Displays a proven ability in driving sales revenue
• A team player

Job Descriptions:

• Participates in sales and marketing campaigns and networking events, including but not limited to bridal events, trade shows, and continuing education seminars
• Closely communicates with client throughout event planning and during event; conducts follow up survey and seeks social media recommendation
• Building relationships with local wedding vendors and promoting our venues through these vendors for events
• Presents venue and amenities in a favorable manner while adjusting sales presentation delivery to suit specific audiences
• Works closely with a broad range of individuals, organizations, and personalities to identify, understand, and meet their event goals through services and facilities
• Coordinates with management on event staffing levels and timelines
• Executes of all tasks in a timely manner, including invoicing of clients, communication with clients and team, as well as post-event follows up
• Responsible for the achievement of targeted wedding, social events and food and beverage revenues.
• Respond to and contract inquiries for all inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Organize and distribute all information to departments for events through banquet event orders, directives, resumes and rooming lists;
• Coordinate with outside vendors - entertainment, electrical, audio-visual, display, floral, etc. to accommodate requirements of the client
