Job Description :

• Gathering customers’ requirements in domestic as well as international.
• Assessing market demands
• Ideating, sourcing and planning winning products
• Defining product strategy and working closely with Brand Manager to create brand identity
• Capable of building up a solid team, resources allocation and creating realistic budgeting
• Drawing up product road map and create marketing plan
• Aligning product development with business goals

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university
• Have min. 3 years of experience in the same / related field
• Demonstrate experience launching successful products in the past 3 years
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and capable of managing tight deadlines
• Possess merchandising background handling the relevant products that will be on company’s expansion plan
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having strong desire to learn and believe that learning is always continuous process
