JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY

1.    Fully understands and shares project’s Quality Cost Time Performance objectives,

2.    Guarantees project feasibility with Need, Product, Process, Suppliers and Supply chain leaders

3.    Builds and manages the project from need formulation up to delivery of first industrial production

4.    "Defines and monitors:

Q - Quality (project, product, process, means, suppliers and supply chain)

C - Costs (project, product, process, means, suppliers and supply chain), cash out

T - Time (macro-planning and gate schedule)

P - Performances (product, process, means, suppliers and supply chain) according to customer requests and Albéa's objectives"

5.    Designs and develops product, process, industrial and human means, from need formulation up to delivery of first industrial production

6.    Develops product according to project’s Quality, Cost, Time (QCT) targets, in close coordination with Process and Suppliers and Supply chain leaders in order to ensure that product process engineering are robust and performing, in compliance with Albéa’s and state-of-the-art standards

7.    Supports the initial cost and time estimates, commits on product technical feasibility

8.    Guarantees operational transfer of product to production plant teams until production is stabilized

9.    Guarantees deliverables are handed over on time, in full, on cost, quality, performance, in compliance with the project charter

10. Anticipates, informs in case of drift and issue, and implements corrective actions including manage products evolutions and product risks

11. Warns the management (internal and external customer) on drifts and issues and implements corrective actions.

12. Ensures technical approval from customer / market (product/process) in relation with Need leader and, when necessary, with support from Product Process or Suppliers and Supply chain leaders

13. Leads product development (Product Performance under Quality, Cost, Time constraints): consolidates and analyzes data, controls progress and what remains to be done, ensures upstream reporting, obtains downstream reporting, arbitrates and decides at product level

REQUIREMENT

1.    Minimum diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

2.    Minimum 3 years in plastic molding and secondary process

3.    Good knowledge

a.    Plastic process technology (Injection, Extrusion, Injection Blow molding, Injection stretch blow, etc.)

b.    Familiar with various of plastic material (HDPE, PP, PE, SAN, ABS, PET, and PCR) etc.

c.     Mold technology knowledge.

d.    Decoration (hot stamping, silkscreen, etc.) and Assembly knowledge (clipping, gluing, US welding, etc.)

e.    knowledge on surface treatment technology (varnishing, metalizing, electroplating)

f.      Quality (Process Capability knowledge, dimension critical for function, and range board)

4.    Good knowledge on some design software (Solid Work, Adobe illustrator, Corel draw, Autocad, etc.)

5.    Capable and stronger on

a.    English proficiency

b.    Project management, Time Management (Capacity to meet deadline), multitasking, and Stress resistance (ability to manage pressure).

c.     Leadership: ability to drive teams and individuals towards the achievement of the project

d.    Communication & relationships skills: Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of actors

e.    Negotiation skills: Capacity to communicate and maintain dialogue with different actors in the process of reaching an agreement

f.      Result Orientation: Capacity to focus on the expected results of the project.

g.    Customer orientation: Capacity to consider clients’ needs and customer satisfaction as the major priority

6.    Willing to be placed in Demak, Surabaya, Mojokerto
