• Manage outlet operations, sales, customer service and maintain the company's image.
• Increase revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increase profitability and make strategic business decisions.
• Responsible to Profit and Loss effectively.
• Building brand image.
• Evaluation of outlet performance and marketing.
• Manage and Monitor Outlet inventory
• Ensure outlets Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) implement.

Kualifikasi :

• Minimum Diploma's Degree, Max. 40 years old ,  
• Proficient in F&B Business Operations.
• Proficient in marketing, creative and good at opportunities awareness.
• Attention to details with advance leadership & managerial skill.
• Accustomed to working under target pressure and deadlines.
• Able to be critical & objective, as well as a team player.
• Have a passion in coffee .
