As one of the largest online transportation services in Indonesia, Maxim always provides innovation and the best service for passengers and Maxim's service partners. This is realized through a compensation program launched by Maxim Indonesia together with Yayasan Pengemudi Selamat Sejahtera Indonesia (YPSSI). It is a social and humanitarian assistance foundation from Maxim that focuses on giving charity and compensation to passengers and Maxim's service partners who experience accidents while using Maxim's services. In addition, YPSSI also provides support and social protection for Maxim's service partners and their families.
In order to process the requests of our clients and partners in a timely and accurate manner, as well as to help develop cooperation and support between them and the fund, our company is looking for an active and communicative employee.
Additional requirements are:

• Fluent English;
• Insurance / Charity background;
• Administrative and organisational skills: experience working with personal data, handling verification checks will a big plus;
• Strong communication skills, attentiveness and empathy;
• Willingness to travel.

What the work will be about:

• Processing incoming requests for payments from the company's charity fund;
• Negotiations with the injured /party in need, requesting of documents and their initial verification;
• Primary investigations and data comparison;
• Creating reports and submitting documents for review.

Working conditions & benefits:

• Full-time, 5 day working week, 09.00 am - 18.00 pm;
• On-site job, comfortable and well equipped workplace in Jakarta Selatan;
• 5 000 000 IDR (net) for the first 3 months of probational period, increase to 5 500 000 IDR (net) after successful completion of probation;
• BP JS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan provided, over-time contribution (if necessary), coverage of business trips expenses;
