REQUIREMENT:

• Age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law -- Master degree is a plus
• Minimum GPA2,750 (Scale of 4)
• Minimum 3-4 years experience as Legal & Compliance (preferably experienced as Senior Legal in Construction Company).
• Excellent contract drafting skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience in leadership and team management skills
• Possession advocate license from PERADI is a plus.
• Knowledge in ISO37001 (anti-bribery management system) 
• Experience in process of acquiring ISO37001 (anti-bribery management system) as the internal auditor

JOBDESC:

• Review and create draft corporate legal documents and commercial agreements (including but not limited to, partnership agreement, vendor agreement, sales and service agreement, non-disclosure agreement) to ensure that all of the commercial agreements entered by the company are legally secure and enforceable.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice and consultancy for cross-functional departments, including but not limited to, analysing legal risks/opportunities when advising the current business or when entering a business project, support associated with business process improvement, operational matters.
• Maintaining the regulatory licenses of Company, ensuring the fulfilment of all legal compliance and obligations for Company business including without limitation regulatory reporting and filing, specifically in the construction company, and leading regulatory audits.
• Assist and provide advice to the Company in litigation case (if necessary)
• Plan, implement, analyse, monitor and evaluate operation of internal and external legality of Company.
• Prepare and apply permits related to construction and completion of Company's project,
• Coordinate with Government Agencies, Notaries and Law Enforcement.
