Main Duties and Responsibilities

A.   Customer Service Management

·      Develop and maintain strong existing customers relations and loyalty through ensuring customers satisfaction.

·      Customer oriented that focus on the development and grow in for benefit both parties with strong business sense.

·      Able to translate in clear business plan strategy, numbers of calculations, execution, track and result oriented.

·      Respond to customers enquiries and complaints.

·      Responsible of the result between budget and actual P&L, continues improvement and analysis P&L.

·      Weekly review of opportunities and business plan.

B.   Stakeholder Management

·      Work with other BUs to generate potential leads

·      Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to ensure proper communication of clients needs and ensure quality of service delivered.

·      Liaise with internal stakeholders and customer to support project requiring services.

·      Close collaboration with Finance function to reduce Days outstanding for improve cash flow, bad debts, billing cycles and billing simulation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business/Economic/Supply Chain, or related major.
• Age 25-35 years old
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable organization and/or function with proven track record of new business development and success delivery against growth targets. (Third Party Logistics Company or related field)
• Experience in dealing with customers at a senior level.
• Excellent presentation, communication both spoken and written.
• Project Management skills.
• High Analytical and Sales skills.

• Self-motivated and sense of urgency
• Computer literate proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Points)
• Knowledge of Warehousing management systems (WMS) a plus.
• Knowledge of Transportation management systems (TMS) a plus.
