• Responsible & consulted for Pre-Operational activity such as: Create price estimation on utility service charged to unit owner, calculate vendor & manpower for operational cost, provide advise during drawing & installation process, etc.
• Carry out & consulted on Prevention Maintenance activity such as: Attend inspection for defect list, join on site training for outsourcing company, responsible for quality assurance for by carried out M/E audit, provide advise during M/E SOP periodical review, etc. Need to update to be more active verb (i.e., repair, etc.)
• Responsible & consulted on Company Outsourcing activity such as: Create defect list & monitor the rectification progress, provide advise on facilities installation until problems are solved, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Experienced as Engineer Minimal 5 years
• Preferable have experience in Property Management business
• Able to communicate in English
• Can join immediately
• Willing to relocate around the company's client location
• Willing to mobile around the company's client location
