  • Implements the Food Safety & Quality Management System set for Greenfields Indonesia
  • Collaborates with other sites in implementing Greenfields quality protocol.
  • Carries out all required quality checks on the incoming materials (ingredients and packaging), in process, and finished products.
  • Identifies non-conformists and taking prompt corrective steps (holding, rejecting and/or dumping)
  • Generates quality control reports and trend analysis related to final products (filling temperature / weight/taste/package integrity/coding/product data/stacking/storage conditions).
  • Monitors the finished product loading process
  • Keeps historical and updated records of quality inspection results.
  • Coordinates regularly with Toll manufacturing Manager on inbound and outbound quality concerns.
  • Monitors quality of stored materials and reports findings on material abnormality to Toll manufacturing Manager.
  • Monitors quality of stored finished goods and reports findings on finished goods abnormality to toll mill business manager.
