Qualification:

• min. 2 years experiences as Collection Supervisor
• Having AFPI or SPPI certificate will be advantaged
• Experienced in handled recovery account
• Having experience working at PMA company will be plus
• Having excellent skills on Microsoft Excel
• Willing to be placed on site
• Able to join ASAP

Job Description:

• Be a liaison between manager and staff
• Problem solving
• Provide direction to Desk Collection staff
• Evaluate the performance of Desk Collection
• Define a work plan
• Monitoring and creating work schedules for Desk Collection
• Instill discipline in agents and reflect a good attitude at work
• Provide job training for staff
• Full monitoring/executioner in the field
