Manulife Indonesia Material Developer at Bancassurance will be responsible to manage development of Bancassurance Training Road Map development or any newly development initiaitives especially for Bank Staffs or for AJMI’s Sales Forces in all channels within Partnership Business and conduct regular review of the materials to maintain the quality of every COE’s training program is up to the expected level as determined in strategic business plan.

We are looking for someone with:Â
- University degree from reputable university
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering Learning & Development Training in Financial Business (Insurance Industry or Banking)
- Experienced in wholesale/ distribution business model
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills including interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, written communications, and classroom and virtual facilitation skills
- Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies

On the job you will:Â
Material Development
- Work closely with respective designated distribution channels team and other related units or bank partner’s teams to identify any specific sales training and development related needs to be delivered in the specific timeline to fill the performance gaps.
- Secure the implementation of learning and development initiative and/or project in any bank partnership to ensure the defined strategic business objective is achieved through a comprehensive, structured and systematic sales force development programs;
- Develop training materials & other training tools, including but limited to partcipant’s workbook, other learning tools and trainer’s manual, for all level of AJMI’s Sales Forces and Bank Staffs in all channels within Partnership Business as determined in Bancassurance Training Road Map, as part of agreed development project and maintain the quality of program delivery by conducting proper Train the Trainer to Train (TTT) program;
- Conduct regular review of existing training materials and recommend new curriculum and/or enhancement of current learning path which include but not limited to the content, methodology and technology of the learning to ensure the training is fit to the dynamic of the industry and bring training unit into the best training outfit in the industry;
Sales Training
- Conduct training supports for all levels of AJMI’s Sales Forces and Bank Staffs in all channels within Partnership Business using methodology as determined in trainer’s manual or as briefed by respective supervisor based on assignment from respective supervisor or line managers;
Sales Achievement
- Liaise with Sales Leaders within Partnership Business to support any sales related events with limited agreed scope of responsibility by respective supervisor;
Personal Development
- Strive to achieve higher level of professional competency as determined by respective supervisor;
- Involve and complete the delivery of any project management works as assigned by respective supervisor or line managers;
