Job description & requirements

You will be joining the growing Corporate Affairs department and directly contribute to help protect the company's reputation. You will be responsible, but not limited, to the following: 

• Daily press coverage analysis (news highlight of the day, issue to be aware of, ensure no missed clip) 

• Day-to-day PR activities (Responding to media inquiries, media interviews prep and follow-ups, press releases, keynote speech, standby  statement) 

• Procure company coverage across trade and consumer outlets – crafting pitches inclusive of founder positioning, news,  announcements, trend stories, etc. 

• Build a good relationship with stakeholders such as media, community, and government and generate ideas to gain more media  coverage, community relations, and government relation 

• Update communications database and guidelines periodically

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 

• 3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or product management 

• Strong writing skills with the ability to create communication materials for various channels such as presentations, abstracts,  website, and social media contents 

• Comfortable to translate data into a meaningful story 

• Project leadership and teamwork experience; ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders with different  backgrounds, areas of expertise, problem-solving styles, and levels of seniority 

• Passion for learning, asking questions, and a penchant for continuously improving processes
• Willing to be placed at Halodoc's head office (Setiabudi, South Jakarta), full WFO
