We are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting applications for a Manager - Performance Reporting role to be based in our Jakarta, Indonesia office with a hybrid working setup. 

This role leads and delivers business analysis, planning and reporting for the region, working closely with Finance Business Partners, Regional Management and Orica Group.  The key purpose of this role is to help drive standardisation, and visibility of performance and to provide insights and analysis for better decision making across the business.
 

• Provides Group Executive and Board reporting including monthly and periodic reporting packs.
• Manages the monthly Management Reporting Process with the provision of business review packs, with a focus on their region.
• Ensures the provision of accurate, meaningful, and timely business and regional performance and analysis.
• Meets all Corporate Reporting and Relations requirements and provides performance information.
• Partners with Development to co-ordinate the Orica mandated 3-year plan process.
• Manages the delivery of the regions annual budget and financial forecasting process including regional consolidation.
• Identifies and highlights key trends across the business portfolio to drive improvements in business performance and transformation programs in collaboration with finance business partners.
• Manages the reconciliation of management reporting to financial results in core accounting systems (SAP, BI on HANA, etc.)
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners and Financial Controlling team to address business requirements for financial information
   

• Minimum 8 years post graduate experience in accounting or finance (or related discipline), including people leadership experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business discipline
• Professional designation CA, CMA, or CPA
• Experience in a large, global business in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of related standards
• SAP knowledge essential. 
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team environment.
