Lowongan PURCHASING ADMIN di PT Seafood Inspection Laboratory

Job Descriptions: 

• Assist Purchasing Manager with high responsibility and loyalty for smooth and efficient purchasing activities. 
• Perform and evaluate all purchasing activities to ensure safe and smooth operational activities. 
• Assists sorting of specs by Vendors for Purchasing Manager’s review. 
• Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those Vendors. 
• Notifies Purchasing Manager of any vendor shipping delays to be addressed. 
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies. 
• All other duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager. 
• Maintain excellent relationship with Vendors by phone & other communication tools.
