ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic financial oversight, aligning financial objectives with the company's mission.

• Supervise accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

• Manage audit processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and Singapore holding company regulations.

• Review Singapore holding company accounts, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.

• Understand tax laws and collaborate with consultants to optimize the company's tax position.

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for stakeholders, providing valuable insights.

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices for efficiency.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA designation preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in senior accounting or finance roles.

• 2Strong background in audit, with leadership experience preferred.

• Experience in reviewing Singapore holding company accounts and knowledge of international accounting standards and taxation laws.

• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
