Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Perform day to day accounts payable, payment, and month end closing tasks for AP related accounts.  
• Supervise the day to day work of the team members. Ensure quality completion of all deliverables as per agreed service level agreements 
• Checking and verifying payment request with supporting documents and matching with the supplier invoices 
• Processing payment to supplier/vendor accurately within their terms, processing staff’s claims according o the company’s SOP, and then updating the payment into accounting system accurately and promptly 
• Maintain relationship with supplier/vendor and address all incoming queries regarding status of invoice, and payment 
• Check e-faktur, prepare detail tax related documents for tax payment & reporting 
• Monitor AP Aging and reconcile creditor balance on a regular basis 
• Lead month-end closing of accounts payable and deferred expense, including accruals and prepayments 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields. 
• 3-5 years experience in revenue/accounting management. 
• 2-3 years experience leading the team 
• Startup and Hospitality Management background is a plus 
• Expert knowledge of account receivable principles, thorough understanding of the applicable AP system, financial chart of accounts, and procedures. 
• Possess time management skills with the ability to prioritize job tasks effectively. 
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs. 
• Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable. 
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. 
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, experience in accounting system NetSuite Oracle is a plus.
