We are a Fintech Startup Company in the field of Sharia Securities Crowdfunding licensed by OJK, looking for employee candidates for Lead QA Engineer positions, with details as follows:

Responsibilities:

- Attend daily stand up meetings, conduct sprint planning/backlog reviews, and communicate project/development status to internal and external teams in a timely fashion 

- Review and analyze system specification

- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

- Collaborate with Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

- Design and author test cases for unit, functional, performance, scalability, and durability testing (where applicable)

- Create logs to document testing phases and defects

- Report bugs and errors to development teams

- Help troubleshoot issues

- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

- Prepare presentation slide and conduct sharing session for Customer Service team

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Lead other team member 

Qualification:

- A minimum of 2 years professional testing or software engineering experience

- Experienced in writing SQL queries

- Experience in one or more of the following: test automation, refactoring code, test-driven development, build infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging, building tools and testing frameworks

- Whitebox/Blackbox testing experience

- Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills 

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical and research skills

- Experience working in an Agile Development Environment

- Experience in Manual Testing and Bug Triage

- Experience with API Test and UI Test 

- Experience in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity & Smoke Testing

- Experience in using Selenium or any tools for automated testing

General Terms:
