Job Description

1. Process payment daily and weekly payment to suppliers and ensure payment in accordance with a budget that had already been approved
2. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow report
3. Collect sales data from digital platform and/or customes
4. Release invoice or debit note in accordance with accounting for tax impact
5. Update account receivable list and aging
6. Collect, calculate, and data entry in order to maintain and update payroll information from HR Division
7. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for budgeting purpose
8. Create data payroll to internet banking for approval transaction
9. Create payslip for employee
10. Conduct end-to-end purchasing process from contacting vendors, price comparison and due dilligence, to receive quotation and PO release and process the payment
11. Coordinate with Logistic to ensure proper storage of learning toolkit
12. Prepare the required documents for bank reconciliation

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Finance Operations
2. Minimum of bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant majors
3. Able to operate advance level of microsoft excel
4. Have a good understanding of COGS, Tax & Banking terms, AP/AR of journal recording, other financial regulations
5. Able to execute daily, weekly, and monthly or other recurring operational task related to finance in timely manner
6. Posses the following skills: attention to detail, good analytical thinking, and problem-solver mindset, responsible, honest, and thorough
7. Good written and spoken English is preferrable

Able to comply with Rumah Siap Kerja working arrangement: fully onsite
