Responsibilities :

• Receive, manage & maintain the asset inventory in the branch office. Record and track the assets placement according to the SOP.
• Responsible for the material & spare parts inventory, track and maintain its usage, propose and conduct purchasing of materials.
• Execute the administration process related to installation and maintenance, issue paperwork related to work order and receive field report.
• Manage and control complain related to the screen, track resolve issue and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Work with Head Office Operation team to ensure monitoring and control are properly handled, including weekly and monthly report.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in operation, warehousing, or logistic industry.
• Strong practical knowledge in supply chain process, analytical skill, and problem solving.
• Advance skill in Ms. Office.
