Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Marketing
• Minimum 1 years' working experience
• Fresh graduate with related internship experience are welcome
• Have experience in social media
• Have experience in affiliation
• English skill is a must

Job descriptions:

• Creating and optimizing creative content according to brand guidelines
• Monitor campaigns' briefs & follow up on execution
• Create the best and eye-catching copies that are easy to recall by target audience (catchphrases, tagline, script, body copy, and digital captions)
• Proof-reading in all of the copy of social media contents
• Analyzing on the effects of campaign publications and social media posts to create cohesive and accurate content
• Assisting to create a strategic plan for KOL collaboration to achieve desired target (ROAs, CTR, AoV, Conversion Volumes, ER, etc)
• Co-leading a KOL affiliation campaign program in tandem with Community Public Relations
• Assist to develop and maintain negotiations and relationships with key affiliate partners and networks
• Working for a monthly KOL performance & campaign results analysis, capture input of affiliate pool to recommend corrective actions for a specific initiative
• Assist to identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
• Communicating actively with followers on brand campaigns and social media accounts 
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action
• Collaborating with creative team to ensure that the campaign production is created in alignment with the overall business strategy
