Job Description:

1.     Create and process orders

Check PQ and follow up on the Sales Order according to the PO received from the customer.

2.     Act as the point of contact for the Sales team to Billing, SCM, and service team

As an information center or coordinator between sales and other divisions therefore communication can run in one place.

3.    As a contact center for customers who seek updated information on their orders

Communication center where OM can receive questions or complaints or interact with customers to share information related to orders.

4.     Update and manage data in CRM & ECC

Always update the system if there are changes so that the information received by all parties is the latest information.

5.     Housekeeping & Managing outstanding SO

Manage & housekeeping to clean up any order that is stuck or we didn’t proceed yet, and we need to make sure all orders that we create can be billed on time to the customer.

Requirements:

• D3 / S1 / D4 in equivalent related experience.
• Preferably min. 2 years of any combination of customer service, administration, CRM, or related experience.
• Good communication skills through phone call
• Good level of English knowledge both oral and written.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP is a must
• Based in Bekasi
