Job Descriptions:

1. Keeping up to date with related regulations for the continuity of business activities, be it both for Internal and External.
2. Providing clients with all requested Legal Documents in accordance with the needs of Internal and External.
3. Providing the correct SOP and steps in Legal Division
4. Original Legal Documentation of Internal
5.  Assisting both Internal and External with the following up processes of providing Legal Services i.e.: revision and/or review
6. Performing Due Diligence upon Legal Documentation: also, for any incoming inquiries
7. Conduct follow-ups to both Internal and External as well as Manager and updating them with the current status, timeline and any other related steps to provide the requested Legal Service, be it Legal Counsel and/or Legal Advisory and any other incoming inquiries.
8. Alert Manager and related parties of foreseeable delays that cannot be avoided and alert of any legal consequences upon the inquiries.
9. To ensure both the Internal and External avoid any legal issues that may occur in relation to their request to provide Legal Service.
10. Helping clients to find appropriate legal solutions if requested.
11. To prepare and write articles every month and deliver to Manager max. on the 25th of every current month.
12. Responsible for managing and saving all data of her projects in Own Cloud and notify to Manager.
13. Consult with Manager upon delivering or when conducting Service that may affect the standard of deliverable Service of Legal
14. Provide weekly report to Manager and PD.

Job requirements

1. Min. 4 years proven experience as Legal Consultancy Expert/Corporate Legal: Draft & Review Bilingual Legal Documents
2. Certificate of Advocacy will be a plus score.
3. Extensive knowledge of Regulations and Licenses, Legal Documentation, corporate legal advisory, corporate licenses, and familiar on providing Legal Documents and Legal Counsels
4. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in English language.
5. Excellent negotiation and administration skills
6. Able to operate MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
7. Top-notch research, fact-checking, and especially great writing abilities
8. Good time management to provide the deadlines, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
