We are looking for a highly-driven Head of Production to join our amazing team in Central Kitchen Gading Serpong (Arungi Rasa | Nonna Pasta | Currygatou! | Serasa Bali). Growing your career as a Full Time Head of Production is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills.

Job Description :

  • Overall responsibility for the kitchen daily operations
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and service according to targeted batch yield and cooking SOP 
  • Ensure the consistency of food preparation and products 
  • Maintain and prepare weekly staff schedules and monitor staffing
  • Monitor and manage kitchen team efficiency (Number of staff & working hours to manage production load efficiently)
  • Manage inventory accordingly to ensure all movement are recorded properly, following the company policy
  • Working closely with the Warehouse team to create Production Plan according to usage & par level
  • Supervise kitchen staff’s activities to ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company policy and procedures

Requirement:

  • Min. education Diploma 
  • Min. of 2 years experience as Head Chef or Head Production.
  • Have expert knowledge about kitchen management (Planning, Organizing, Problem Solving, Staff & Time Management)
  • Comprehensive knowledge on food products & COGS calculation
  • Have a good communication and leadership skills
  • Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skill
  • Willingness to work on different shifts as required to fulfill the kitchen needs
